01. Data Protection Commitment

In accordance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, this Privacy Policy explains how Visual Vortex (including our suite of applications, platforms, and services such as TokenSense and the Prompt Library) collects, processes, and protects your digital personal data, and details your rights as a Data Principal.

02. Data Collection & Minimization

As an entirely open-source project, we do not collect, process, or store any personal data centrally. All data processing is strictly local-first:

• Zero Cloud Data Collection: We do not maintain a cloud dashboard, and thus do not collect or require any account information, email addresses, or passwords.
• Local-First Telemetry (TokenSense): TokenSense operates locally. We do not collect your prompts, model responses, or API keys. All metrics are saved locally to your own machine.

03. Purposes of Processing

Since we do not collect personal data, any processing that occurs is handled completely locally by the open-source software running on your own infrastructure:

• Your local instance generates real-time cost charts and latency reporting securely on your machine.
• No telemetry, payloads, or user identifiers are ever transmitted to Visual Vortex.

04. Your Enforceable Rights

Because Visual Vortex does not collect or store any personal data, your rights under the DPDP Act to access, correct, or erase data are natively fulfilled. You retain full ownership and control over all data generated by our tools, as it resides entirely on your own systems.

05. Children's Data Policy

Visual Vortex developer products are not intended for children. While we do not collect any personal data, individuals deploying our open-source software are responsible for ensuring compliance with age verification and data processing laws in their respective jurisdictions.
