01. Agreement Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or integrating any Visual Vortex open-source applications or tools (including TokenSense), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and their associated open-source licenses. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of our products.

02. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to integrate or deploy Visual Vortex tools in a commercial environment.

Important Compliance NoticeUnder the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), processing data of minors requires verifiable parental consent. While we do not collect personal data, users deploying our open-source tools are prohibited from using them to knowingly process data of children without implementing their own compliant age verification workflows.

03. Credentials & API Key Management

Visual Vortex products (such as TokenSense) operate entirely locally and do not act as centralized gateway proxies. You are fully responsible for:

Safely managing your LLM provider API keys in your local environment. We never collect or store your API keys.
All API traffic fees incurred directly with your connected provider models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).

04. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our open-source tools responsibly. You shall not use our software to conduct distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks or to facilitate malicious activities. You agree to respect the licensing terms provided with our open-source repositories.
